Hélder spend his infancy immerse in the sounds of 90's hip hop and house music like every other millennial, though in his case they where intertwine with the African folk and a healthy dose of pop, reggae and soul. Sometime in the 2000's he decides to test his musical talent by taking a music production course in what proved to be a righteous choice. Shortly after, portuguese reference label Groovement debuts Helder's productions and big name Portuguese dj's showcase his work in prime time public radio and play his tracks to full dance floors.He has so far authored four EP'S, released on vinyl with collaborations and remixes of worthy note ( further attesting to Helder's unique skill set in the Lisbon music scene ). His music fuses a rootsy African and world music sensivity with a taste for besty electronics and jazz funk.In the last couple of years, he has collaborated closely with luso-dutch label Tomorrow is Now Kid! and Portuguese label Percebes.
