dizzy

Dizzy is a Milan-based artist and food engineer from Florence on the roster of the new Tenax generation. She approached ambient & downtempo music as an inner dimension of exploration, to stimulate artistic expression while painting, but she soon succeded in performing in notorious venues such as Pikes in Ibiza and Hoppetosse in Berlin. When talking about her music, she refers to herself as a selector, unrestricted by a specific sound she embraces various nuances of the slow-beat sphere and not only, with hybrid sonorities difficult to categorize into a single genre or style, but characterized by influences ranging from trip-hop, dub, to wave and electro. His sets are often identified by an unstoppable crescendo, with plenty to explore in his selections' winsome, melodic and laidback feeling.
