BRAHMANU’s journey is one of profound musical and personal evolution. It began at sixteen in Czechoslovakia, fueled by a relentless passion for electronic music. Starting at a school radio station, his drive quickly outgrew the classroom; he began organizing underground events and, armed with a fake ID, found his way into clubs long before he was legally allowed to be there. By his mid-twenties, he had established himself in the Slovakian scene—performing at major festivals like Pohoda and BeFree, contributing as a columnist for the international EDM magazine XMAG, and managing both a booking agency and rave.sk, the country’s oldest electronic music portal. Seeking the global epicenter of his craft, he relocated to London in 2005 to immerse himself in the UK’s vibrant underground culture. Everything changed at twenty-seven. A near-fatal motorcycle accident left him in a coma and brought his career to an abrupt halt. His path to recovery—driven by yoga and an intensive, life-altering journey through India—fundamentally shifted his relationship with sound. He no longer sought merely to entertain; he sought to heal. In 2014, he launched Brighton’s first alcohol-free conscious dance event, planting the seeds for the next chapter of his life. A dedicated educator with a Master’s degree in teaching, BRAHMANU spent five years mentoring students on the autistic spectrum at the Access to Music College. Following the school’s closure, he relocated to Tenerife in 2019. There, he adopted the name BRAHMANU—merging the Sanskrit concepts of Brahman (cosmic spirit) and Manu (human)—to signify his rebirth. He quickly became a driving force in the conscious dance community, serving as an ambassador for Ecstatic Dance Tenerife and founding the production entities Phoenix Ankurah and Ecstatic Spirit. Today, BRAHMANU is a true sonic alchemist. He weaves organic grooves, tribal rhythms, and live instrumentation—including singing bowls, flutes, and more—into immersive journeys. A pioneer of the 432 Hz movement, he treats every set as vibrational medicine, guiding participants through an emotional narrative of surrender and joy. His global presence has taken him to festivals across Panama, Costa Rica, and Guatemala, where he has shared stages with esteemed artists including Mose, Yemanjo, Swaylo, Bunny Wabbit, and Desert Dwellers. Beyond the decks, BRAHMANU is a committed humanitarian. He frequently hosts fundraising events and pledges one-third of his booking fees to relief efforts in Palestine, Lebanon, and beyond. Whether he is leading celestial celebrations like the Solstice and Equinox or performing at global gatherings, his mission remains constant: to create spaces where music acts as a catalyst for connection, freedom, and the awakening of our Ecstatic Spirit.
