London based with German and Brazilian origins, Moritz Mello Aka “Auric”’s passion for music started at an early age by learning to play instruments with his father. His journey within electronic music began in the summer of 2016, after reconnecting with his musical roots and spending the summer in ibiza, he won the prestigious DJ Awards - Bedroom DJ Competition resulting in a life changing trip back to the island to land his debut set at the infamous Cafe Mambo Ibiza, as well as DJ’ing for the biggest names of our industry at the DJ Awards Ceremony, which lead him to becoming the original resident artist of London based collective Konflict Records in 2017, and in addition, taking on the role as Label Manager since then. Auric comes in to his own at the later stages of the night with his deep, driving, melodic-progressive sound, often creating edits of euphoric melodies and meaningful vocals in the moment to forge a unique ambience throughout his performances, and his own compositions are a true reflection of that.
