Amar Alemão aka Patrick is a German DJ & Producer currently based in Spain. Patrick was born and grew up in east Germany. He has 12 years of experience in social media marketing and as a keynote speaker he is sharing his experiences to companies and in online classes for universities. His passion for music started as a teenager by producing and managing online radio shows and communities for Sound Generation FM. Early influences of music began with R&bnb and now include Tech House, Dance and House. He always aimed to make people dance, as in his motto: “Dancing is my drug. And Music is my dealer.” He has a residency at Matinée in Spain. His career highlights include headlining Circuit Festival Barcelona, La Demence in Brussels, the WE Pride Festival at Fabrik in Madrid, the main stage at CSD Berlin Pride Berlin, and their main party 'House Of Pride' at Ritter Butzke. He is spinning on the Atlantis Cruises around the world and for several events at Soho House. WHY AMAR ALEMÃO? He chose his artist name because Amar is an indirect Quranic name for boys that means “one who brings a place back to life”, “one who tends and maintains something” and “one whose presence brings joy to others”. In Spanish and Portuguese "Amar" is the verb for “to love”. Alemão means in Portuguese “German” and is chosen of his love and strong connection to Brazil, where he also had in New Year 2022 the vision to start to DJ and produce again.
