*CANCELADO* UNO MUSIC FEST

Info

________ Hello, first of all we want to apologize for the lack of information about the refunds for the event UNO Music Fest that was supposed to be celebrated in Zaragoza on the 1st of January 2019. As we strive to offer the best customer service possible to our users, in the past days we've been trying to arrange with the promoter of the event a smooth and efficient refund process of the ticket sold online through our platform. Unfortunately, in this occasion, we can't manage the process ourselves, as the promoter has all the funds generated through the online sales of the tickets for the event. Due to these circumstances, in order to get your money back you need to get in contact with the owner and promoter of the event, (Creaductions S.L., vat nr: B-66508870) at the following email address: info@creaductions.com. We're really sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused and, from the Xceed team, we wish you a happy new year.
