Tickets are nominative and non-refundable. Door closes at 23H00. Early access tickets restrict the event entry time. This means that holders must make sure to enter the venue before 5:00 PM; otherwise, they will not be able to use their ticket. If the customer has not entered the venue before 5:00 PM, they may pay the difference between the price of their early access ticket and the on-site ticket price.
