Combined with the desire to translate the magic of the studio to the club or festival stage, this has spawned releases on labels Innervisions, Life & Death, Permanent Vacation and Domino Records to name a few, a string of his biggest releases on his own aforementioned label, then add in an Essential Mix for BBC Radio 1, remixes for the likes of RY X, Bob Moses, Underworld and Ludovico Einaudi and you get a good idea of his musical mind. Each of these milestones provided a launchpad for Eagles & Butterflies biggest track to date, the hypnotic, 80’s influenced anthem ‘Can’t Stop’ another Essential New Tune gong as well as going on to becoming a seminal track in the same year. Alongside this, Barratt’s productions have also found a welcome audience at notable events like Awakenings, Circoloco, Coachella, Junction 2, Lightning In A Bottle, Secret Garden Party, Tomorrowland and numerous label showcases with both Innervisions and Life and Death.
