Es Paradis, in the heart of San Antonio bay, countless key names on the worldwide electronic scene have passed through this club since its first opening in August 1975 by Pepe Aguirre. The extravagant and convertible 120 tons roof hints of a magical experience. One minute you’re dancing in a club, and when you open your eyes again, the roof has gone and you’re at an open air party. With four VIP areas, three chill out bars and three dance floors, there is plenty to keep you entertained once you are under the breathtaking pyramid roof. Es Paradis first opened in August 1975 by Pepe Aguirre and artist Lluis Guell, who also created Café Del Mar. Like many of the top venues in Ibiza, Es Paradis was famous for its utdoor facilities. The island regulations of 1990 saw the club enclosed and the iconic pyramid roof was born. Visible throughout San Antonio, the extravagant 120 ton roof hints of a magical experience within, which is exactly what Es Paradis delivers.
