This summer, ANIMO and The Standard, Brussels come together for a series of rooftop movement sessions overlooking the city. Choose between two signature class formats, each followed by a complimentary drink and the chance to connect with the community. 1. Sunset Move End your day with an energising Sunset Move. Expect a 50-minute session blending functional strength, yoga flow and dance conditioning, followed by a complimentary drink at Lila29 and the opportunity to connect with the community. 2. Sunrise Flow Kick off your weekend with a revitalising Sunrise Flow. Expect a 50-minute session combining movement, mindful energy and sweeping skyline views, followed by a complimentary drink and the opportunity to connect with the community.
