If the event opening is delayed due to weather (e.g. opening at 22:00 / 10 PM), ticket holders must enter the venue within the first hour after opening. Please note that our venue is nit fully barrie -free. Elevator access is available up to the 15th floor, but the rooftop on the 17th floor ca only be reached via a staircase. An accessible restroom is located on the ground floor.
