Öona Dahl is a visionary producer and DJ whose deep-rooted passion for music has shaped a unique and evolving sonic identity. Her journey began with a childhood fascination for sound, experimenting with cassette tapes before delving into music production using Acid Pro and Fruity Loops. Immersed in Toronto’s vibrant rave scene, she quickly transitioned to DJing in clubs by the early age of 17, setting the foundation for a career defined by artistic innovation. After studying sound design in Florida, Öona became a key figure in the underground electronic music scene, forging connections with industry pioneers such as DJ Monk (Rabbit In The Moon) and DJ Three (Second Hand Satellites) of the influential 90’s label Hallucination Recordings label. Her ability to transcend musical boundaries has led to performances on some of the world’s most revered stages like Boom Festival, Tomorrowland, EDC and Ultra Music Festival. With clubs like Watergate or Katerblau in Berlin, to Elsewhere and Signal in NYC, Club Space Miami and Factory Town where she continuously challenges expectations and reinvents her sound. As a producer, Öona has built an impressive discography, with underground house and techno releases on esteemed labels like Watergate and DJ Three’s Hallucienda imprint. Her critically acclaimed artist albums, Holograma and Morph, showcase a broad spectrum of sound—from leftfield house to ambient pop—earning praise from respected music critics such as Joe Muggs (The Wire), Terry Matthew (5 Magazine), and Bruce Tantum (DJ Mag). Her recent work continues to push creative boundaries, with club-driven productions spanning genres. Notable remixes include Kadosh’s Concealing on Nervous Records, Burn Like Fire for electro artist xxIsisxx, and Wrong Note by Moon Boots featuring Ora The Molecule. She has also collaborated with West Coast house legend Doc Martin on Soul On Fire (Selador Records) and reimagined Mila Stern’s Five Finger Discount for Kiosk ID. Always evolving, Öona’s upcoming projects explore new territories and psychedelic textures, beginning with her next EP on Watergate Records, Key of Sun. Her third studio album is slated for release in Winter 2025 where she debut a psybient-vocal electronica live show this summer at Denver’s Psychedelic Science (Portal Dome) and Meow Wolf. This Fall, she will unveil a new live AV show focused on her underground house and techno productions, accompanied by a tour. With more original productions on the horizon, she continues to push her artistry forward as she moves deeper into 2025.

In the depths of the famous Poble Espanyol you can find one of Barcelona’s techno hubs, INPUT High Fidelity Dance Club. INPUT was born with one ambitious goal in mind: to make your night an incredible, out of this world experience. When you cross through the emblematic door that separates the medieval spirit of the old Spanish village nothing will be the same again. Your senses will sharpen, your mind will experience a sensory overload and you will witness unrivalled acoustics that will take you to a new level of music appreciation. Saying that, it’s not just music, it’s art; spectacle and creativity in its purest form. Its unique, circular structure brings the audience even closer to the performing artists. The intimacy of the venue makes people forget about their differences and everyone dances and interacts together regardless of the language they speak. High ceilings and impressive balconies create the perfect atmosphere to house the eardrum penetrating sound system that leaves you absolutely helpless before a huge display of decibels. But that’s not all, the LED lighting and the latest generation audiovisual technology will take you into a world of psychedelia that will make saying goodbye to the night nearly impossible. INPUT has an undeniable electronic culture. A wide variety of records, styles and disciplines have been played through INPUT’s booming speakers. Techno, tech-house, house, minimal and infinite derivations of these styles. Kölsch, Joris Voorn, Stephan Bodzin, Apollonia, Pan Pot, Adam Beyer, Robert Hood, Derrik May, Worakl's, Charlotte de Witte, Oxia, Marcel Dettmann and dozens of other names who have passed through this one of a kind room. In terms of the dress code, trends and fashions are worthless here. Be yourself, be comfortable and dress as you want. The only thing we recommend is a good pair of shoes, otherwise you might burn through the soles on the dance floor. The clubs is open every Friday and Saturday night as well as the night before some holidays. The opening hours are usually from 12:30 at night until the last beats sound at 6:00 in the morning. You can buy your tickets in advance through Xceed or you can buy them at the door at an additional cost. Note that prices will be higher at the door so if you want to save a few euros and a few minutes of queuing, we advise you to book your ticket through the app. Given the number of high quality Djs that pass through the Input booth, it’s no surprise that the sold out poster has been hung on several occasions.
