WATTKINE Techno - Deep to Tech House FACEBOOK FAN PAGE Bio (EN) Nurtured by electronic music, and inspired by Moby, Bjork, Massive attack and others, Emi began making electro ambient/trip-hop, under the name Bluemiss in 1999. She has released several EPs, including Cosmoflorescence, produced by the Belgian label Knovel Records. In 2008 she made her mixing debut, under the name Wattkine, and began to explore a whole new range of music. She recorded her first sets in collaboration with Angers collective Kohort. Influenced by artists such as Max Cooper, Oliver Schories, Kollektiv Turmstrasse, her rhythmic and captivating sets are made up of minimal/techno tracks and melodic tunes. She has played alongside, most notably, Chloé, Paul Nazca, Dolibox, Worakls, Karl Simon, Nikkolas Research, N’To, Da Fresh, Anton X… In addition, she is working together with Willow (TWR) under the name TEKNOMANIAK to develop techno parties in Nantes. Bio (FR) Bercée par les musiques électroniques, et inspirée par Moby, Björk, Massive Attack et bien d’autres, Emi se lance en 1999 dans la production electro ambient/trip-hop sous le pseudo Bluemiss. Elle sort plusieurs EPs dont « Cosmoflorescence », produit par le label belge Knovel Records. C’est en 2008 qu’elle s’initie au mix sous le pseudo Wattkine, pour explorer un tout autre univers musical. Elle enchaine alors ses premiers sets avec le soutien du collectif angevin Kohort. Influencée par des artistes tels que Max Cooper, Oliver Schories, Kollektiv Turmstrasse, ses sets rythmés et captivants, se teintent de tracks minimal/techno aux notes mélodiques. On la voit jouer notamment aux côtés de Chloé, Paul Nazca, Dolibox, Worakls, Karl Simon, Nikkolas Research, N’To, Da Fresh, Anton X… Par ailleurs, elle s’associe avec Willow (TWR) pour le développement des soirées « TEKNOMANIAK ».
