Felipe Andres Gonzalez, better known as Kazteyano, is a music producer from Caucasia - Colombia, who at 13 years of age grew roots in the city of Barranquilla. At the age of 16, he traveled to Havana, Cuba, where he studied classical and popular Cuban music. In 2003 the desire for musical production was born, exchanging, working with musicians, exploring new sounds and bringing all technical knowledge of traditional music to the digital world. Simultaneously, he carried out acting studies for film, theater and television in the city of Bogotá, where he also conducted workshops with an emphasis on Musical production for scenographies, acquiring work experience in the treatment of acoustic spaces, musical theater scripts, microphones for Indoor - Outdoor events and management of audio consoles. In 2006 he returned to Barranquilla where he created the most important rap group in the Colombian Caribbean region, a group called 47 Corp, becoming this group a pillar of alternative Caribbean music, winning awards by participating in the most important festivals in the Colombian Caribbean. Dj Kazteyano has had the pleasure of performing at the most influential music festivals in the Caribbean region of Colombia such as the Jaguar De Palomino Festival, Berbetronik Party18, Festival Fiestas Del Mar, El Picó Electronico, Festival Estéreo Beach; sharing the stage with artists of international stature such as: Alpha Blondy, Aterciopelados, Pernett, Sistema Solar, Bomba Estéreo, Los Cafres and Pedrina; involving in their mixes the fusion of traditional music from the Colombian Caribbean along with Soukous and African nDombolo (rhythms of great importance for the culture of the Colombian Caribbean), the majesty of the sonorous joy of Afro-Antillean music also navigating rhythms such as Dancehall, funk, rock, Reggae and Rap. A sound amalgam that is implicit in the streets of the city of Barranquilla and that goes hand in hand with the very essence of the neighborhood sound system; all this comes together to bring to the stage an atmosphere of joy and flavor in order to captivate the select ear of the good dancer and infecting everyone who listens to Dj Kazteyano with a festive atmosphere, using the music played on vinyl as the main tool and the experience provided by the connoisseurs of Caribbean music who have contributed to creating the musical character by Dj Kazteyano.
