Danny Fiddo’s time in the Spanish electronic music scene is steeped in history and tradition.
His years as resident of iconic Barraca club in Valencia coupled with over 15 years of playing experience prove that his personal style and touch remain as important and relevant as ever.
Having played mainly throughout Spain and Europe, Danny has played alongside with artists such as Ricardo Villalobos, Richie Hawtin, Sven Väth, Carl Craig, Luciano, Tania Vulcano and many big names. All of whom have had added their touches of influence to his playing style and production ideas. Now sharing the studio with production partner AFFKT, Danny is quickly establishing his own name in electronic music. His first full release alongside AFFKT on the ‘Barraca Music’ label entitled ‘Points’ on the Prólogo EP has been widely acclaimed; being loved and played by Richie Hawtin, Ricardo Villalobos, Luciano, Marco Carola, 2000 And One, Radio Slave, Loco Dice and many other big names in the DJ world. Not a bad achievement for someone’s very first release in music.
He is well respected as one of the most consistent and personable DJ’s in Spain and capped off a stellar 2008 schedule in both performance and production, with a year that included shows at Rex Club (Paris), Tresor (Berlin), Amnesia (Ibiza) Cocoon Disco Invaders 2008 (alongside Ricardo Villalobos and Dandy Jack), Russia’s largest club, Arma 17 (Moscow) and most recently this year at Weekend (Berlin). The very near future will bring to light more solo work, on the 'Barraca Music' and '3rd Floor Records' (La Safa) labels alongside remix work for Radio Slave and Martinez.

Barraca
