The history of the Alto Douro Hunting and Fishing Club began on 13 December 1971, with these founding members who had a vision for it that went beyond hunting and fishing: a multi-purpose club, constantly looking to the future, offering a range of sports and competitions, whilst not neglecting leisure activities and inter-municipal cooperation. Many years on, the CCPAD has evolved, expanding its facilities, membership and number of participants – areas it hopes to see grow further in the near future.
