The first Limbo Retreat, which will take place on April 12th, 13th, 14th, will focus on the sense of SMELL, in relation to the first chakra, Muladhara, the root chakra. Smell is our oldest sense, memories and ancient conditioning often act on an unconscious level through smells and olfaction. The root chakra, Muladhara, regulates the earth element in our body, maintains grounding to our inner self, spreads positivity and happiness in life. It refers to our basic survival needs for stability and support and represents the structure of our body. A balanced root chakra can provide emotional strength in the face of fear and anxiety. You feel rooted and secure. The color of the first chakra is red, and its Bija Mantra is OM LAM.
