Dasha Rush is a Russian-born, French national, based in Berlin, who is an artist that spends her time traveling around the globe while working on a wide variety of electronic music and art projects. She has released music on labels such as Sonic Groove and Raster Noton, and has also collaborated with others. Additionally, some of her work has been released on her own labels, Fullpanda Records (2005) and the experimental sub-label Hunger to Create (2004) She began her musical career at a young age in Moscow, where she was one of the first female DJs/producers in Eastern Europe. After moving to France in 1996, she gained international recognition in the early 2000s and developed as an electronic music composer, producer, and DJ, experimenting with various forms of art by collaborating with dancers and painters.
