Florence, 2019 - Two best friends, Alberto Banci and Gian Marco Brogi give birth to a new musical project called “Skorpions”. Being both born Scorpios, the name of the project came naturally to their minds. The duo has pursued a music production course at SAE Institute Milan that has brought quality and method into their productions, enabling them to explore new sounds and to publish their first release on a label. Their musical background and style have changed throughout the years and have been inspired by more sub-genres of the electronic music scene. Their current focus and taste is on minimal, deep tech and house: artists like Apollonia, Chris Stussy, Traumer, Mennie, Jesse Maas and many more represent a true inspiration for their productions and track selections of their dj sets. Skorpions' mission relies on three fundamental pillars: 1. Break the walls perceived by the society between creativity and professionalism through their effort. 2. Encourage everyone to look for happiness and not wealth through their kindness and humility. 3. Unite people in a society more disconnected than ever through their music.
