Experience, connection and consistency: Marcio S. is a national reference when it comes to quality House and Techno. His journey began in the early 1990s in São Paulo with garage parties, and today it is consolidated around a baggage full of stories, nights and clubs that turned him into an inspiration for countless artists from the Brazilian underground scene. Marcio S. is the kind of artist who masters the dance floor through technique, extensive repertoire and the ability to build a unique harmony with the dancefloor. Combining Techno from Detroit with House from Chicago and variants that revolve around the primordial aesthetics, Marcio's signature is a reference for the most demanding ears. Able to pack the most diverse moments of a dance floor with energy and sophistication, his musical research is the result of a tireless curatorship in search of classic pearls and contemporary innovations. Collecting prestigious stages and dance floors throughout his journey, Marcio S., in addition to being part of the D-EDGE team of wildcard residents, has also been present at globally respected venues and festivals such as Seven Music Festival, Egg London (UK), Macarena Club (ES), Sisyphos (DE), Pratersauna (AT), Warung Beach Club, TribalTech among many others. Marcio is also one of the select Brazilian artists to have a special set recorded in the Amazon for one of the Boiler Room episodes. Despite long years sharing the decks with his studio work, Marcio has been dedicating himself 100% to DJing in recent times, also developing other projects in front of the decks such as the Tomba Trio, alongside DJ Tuca and DJ Mimi da Silva.
