Established in Barcelona and now based in Ibiza, Spanish artist Ivan Canalejo, aka IVAN999, is carving his own space within the electronic music scene, driven by a personal and forward-focused approach. After years of blending styles in his DJ sets, from Hard Techno and Hard Dance to Bass and Breaks, he now channels those influences into a sound rooted in today’s club culture. With early support from key industry figures, his productions and solo identity are rapidly gaining traction. Before launching IVAN999, Ivan co-founded the duo HEXXOS in 2018 alongside Alex Cordero (aka Alex O’Clock). The project achieved over 2 million streams, released a full-length album, and delivered more than 800 performances across Europe. Starting from a residency in Costa Brava (Spain), HEXXOS earned releases on labels such as Yellow Claw’s Barong Family and received support from artists including Diplo and Bring Me The Horizon, who featured their tracks on tour. In 2023, just months into his solo project, IVAN999 made his debut at ADE (Amsterdam Dance Event) with a showcase hosted by Bootshaus. Since then, he has shared stages with artists such as Fatima Hajji, Deborah De Luca, Shlømo, Stella Bossi, and GRAVEDGR, performing across Europe at venues including INPUT High Fidelity Dance Club, M7, and Le Rachdingue.
