Bass Kleph

As a double Beatport #1 act and remixer, the boss of Vacation Records and a successful dance-pop songwriter on the side, Aussie export Stu Tyson has focused on taking the live/DJ crossover to a new level. Bass Kleph's live performances never disappoint. You can always expect high energy, free-flowing sets, alongside live pad drumming on the Native Instruments Maschine sampler swapping freely from live performance to DJing and back again. With hundreds of gigs checked off on his agenda, from the coolest clubs to the biggest festival stages, Bass Kleph has crafted and perfected the art of DJing and playing live. He has developed his own unique style and experience along the way. 2014 took Bass Kleph all over the US, Asia, India, Europe and Australia (twice). So much more to come from this Aussie DJ/producer in 2015 and beyond! After a massive 25 date tour with Wolfgang Gartner and Tommy Trash, Bass Kleph jumped right back into the studio with the goal of extending his fantastic musical streak into 2015. He has released and collaborated with international talent such as Tommy Trash, Laidback Luke, Morgan Page, David Tort, M35, Le Castle Vania, and Revolvr. His own label, Vacation Records, has been a big part of the LA/Australian crossover and his monthly radio show "Klephtomania" is packed full of his favorite new house, electro, progressive, tech, exclusives and live recordings. Bass Kleph has made guest appearances on radio shows such as Tommy Trash's, 'Trashed Episode 10', NERVO's, 'NERVO Nation January 2014' and the 'Power Tools Mixshow' on Power 106 FM. He has also had many successful releases in the past year, including "That’s What’s Up", "Tommy's Dream", "Let It Rip", "Raise Up Lights", "Somebody Shoulda Told You", Sandstorm (Bass Kleph Bootleg Remix), and his latest track "Mile High" with Revolvr. The demand is feverish for more Bass Kleph singles, remixes and high-profile collabs. As Bass Kleph says, "I love it. I love the journey, because there's always something new coming in music, in DJing, with songwriting. If I won ten million dollars in the lotto tomorrow, I'd still keep playing live and DJing and writing music — what else is this much fun?"
