As a matter of fact, bars and nightclubs shut down at 2am leaving techno scenesters wondering where they can go next.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To solve this problem, California Senator <strong>Scott Wiener<\/strong> began a campaign for the <strong>Let Our Communities Adjust Late Night Act<\/strong> on the 14th of February. According to him: &#8220;<em>Nightlife matters a lot, culturally and economically, and it&#8217;s time to allow local communities more flexibility&#8221;<\/em>. The aim of the campaign is to propose bill that would allow municipalities to permit alcohol sales until 4 a.m.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">More than the argument of economic growth, <a href=\"https:\/\/xceed.me\/artist\/mikey-lion?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=content-text&amp;utm_campaign=brand%20awareness\"><strong>Mikey Lion<\/strong><\/a>, DJ and co-founder of <strong>the Desert Hearts festival<\/strong> said: <em>\u201cIf dance clubs could keep their doors open till 4 a.m., it would provide our community with safe, regulated spaces\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If the Senator\u2019s efforts pass through the next phase, it will definitely change the nightlife face of states like Los Angeles, San Diego and San Francisco; a delight for party goers but also a big change that could avoid some illicit after-hours venue.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Californian ravers have always\u00a0expressed their anger of not being able to party as they wish and until late.&hellip;\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4448,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"csco_singular_sidebar":"","csco_page_header_type":"","csco_page_load_nextpost":"","csco_post_video_location":[],"csco_post_video_url":"","csco_post_video_bg_start_time":0,"csco_post_video_bg_end_time":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[201,115],"tags":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-4443","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-culture","8":"category-news","9":"cs-entry","10":"cs-video-wrap"},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
