The duo, driven by their passion of music, joined their forces in order to create a style that lines between wide-yes exotica and high-intensity festival blitzin\u2019. In 2016, they created their debut EP\u00a0<strong>\u2018Swedish Lo-Life\u2019<\/strong>;<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>one that came out on<strong> Studio Barnhus label<\/strong>. <strong>MLiR\u00a0<\/strong>gave us the opportunity to interview them on the occasion of their apparence to the amazing festival <a href=\"https:\/\/xceed.me\/events\/valencia\/31787\/dias-de-campo-montanejos-2017?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=content-text&amp;utm_campaign=transaction\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>D\u00edas de Campo<\/strong><\/a>. Let\u2019s hear out what this crew is about.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"can-you-describe-your-duo-in-3-words\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Can you describe your duo in 3 words?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Modern Life Is&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"what-are-the-influences-in-your-approach-to-music\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">What are the influences in your approach to music?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Life in general. City life, traveling, nature, cultures, politics, hard to find records.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"what-is-your-guilty-pleasure-track\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">What is your \u2018guilty pleasure\u2019 track?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">That is way to hard to answer (too much good music out there), but here is one that&#8217;s bugged our minds for the past weeks:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/XA9hsYR--b8\" width=\"920\" height=\"460\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"your-first-vinyl\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Your first vinyl?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Marco: Tortoise TNT<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Einar: Some Swedish traditional dance-band record called Flamingokvartetten<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"what-is-your-greatest-memory-as-duo\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>What is your greatest memory as duo ?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">One of the great moments was was last year when <a href=\"https:\/\/xceed.me\/artist\/axel-boman?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=content-text&amp;utm_campaign=transaction\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Axel Boman<\/strong><\/a> opened his set with <strong>&#8220;El Baile de Los Muertos&#8221;<\/strong> at the <strong>Off Sonar<\/strong> Pampa party at El Monasterio. People went nuts and we had no idea he would. It&#8217;s such a feeling when you hear your new stuff out!<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"can-you-share-your-worst-as-well\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Can you share your worst as well?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When &#8220;El Marcianito&#8221; came and made our lives impossible.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"do-have-any-other-passion-than-music\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Do have any other passion than music?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nature. Sex. Food. The Green Revolution that is ongoing. We are also finishing work for<strong> Lossless<\/strong> and <strong>Banoffee Pies.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Einar is self-releasing his solo album and Marco is working with<strong> Son Dos (Marco and Tapia Arriagada)<\/strong>, plus with him and his friend Jens Ingelstedt&#8217;s record shop and future record label, <strong>Magic Teapot Records<\/strong>. Magic Teapot will release some of our first stuff together as a project.
