It\u2019s been a solid year since A Poca Luz<\/a><\/strong> decided to bring Latin culture into Germany’s after-dark scene. Although we all know the country’s taste in sound is already top-tier, the local Latin community can’t help but crave the sort of perreo that goes down when a propulsive drum pattern starts going.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Someone has to hold down the Latin fort up north, and A Poca Luz has taken the responsibility upon themselves. After two successful editions in Hamburg<\/a><\/strong>, the third volume will be hitting the Mojo floor on the 8th of August<\/a><\/strong> for a proper anniversary celebration. It\u2019s officially been a year since they first unlocked the Mojo Club<\/a><\/strong> doors, and in their own words, they remind us, “A Poca Luz is never just a party\u2014it is an unforgettable experience”.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The crew want to make the night as unique and special as possible by inviting a series of international selectors to the booth, including the urban phenomenon Medallo Mami<\/a><\/strong>, Shilita<\/a><\/strong>, Gael Sanz<\/a><\/strong> and xxeppss<\/a><\/strong>.

But the movement will be heading down south too. Just a week after the Hamburg candles are blown out, A Poca Luz is taking the show on the road, heading down to launch their Munich<\/a><\/strong> debut on the 14th of August<\/a><\/strong> at Space for Skate<\/a><\/strong>. They\u2019re bringing in Dani Diaz<\/a><\/strong>, Humani<\/a><\/strong>, and Flakko<\/a><\/strong> to supply the energy. Although the night calls for the real ones to join, anyone who wants to move to that reggaeton rhythm can head their way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Crucially, whether you’re under the vaults of Mojo Club or on the ramps in Munich, A Poca Luz<\/strong> only works if everyone can actually let loose. The crew are big on mutual respect, operating a strict “Respeto Ante Todo<\/em>” policy across all their events. It\u2019s all about keeping the dancefloor a safe, welcoming space free from any toxic nonsense. If you see something that doesn\u2019t sit right, tell someone working there, cause the team always has your back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
