Set against a beautiful natural backdrop, Rumours by the Lake 2025<\/a>,<\/strong> the South African-based festival, returns from November 21st to 23rd<\/strong> with an exciting weekend built around techno and house music. Taking place in the lush surroundings of Elgin Grabouw, the event has become a highlight for those who like their electronic music with a slight feeling of venture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Headlining this compelling edition is Konfusia<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 part of the Stil vor Talent<\/strong><\/a> family \u2014 who will conquer the stage with a deep, melodic approach to techno that blends Berlin influences with a cinematic touch. Joining her on the booth will be a strong roster of local talent, including Cape Town-based Miles From Mars<\/a><\/strong>, Robbie Dinnie<\/a><\/strong> and Kong<\/a><\/strong>, three artists rightly contributing to South Africa\u2019s underground scene; as well as mixers Almero<\/a><\/strong> or Daryn Steytler<\/a><\/strong>, who’ll bring high-energy selections to the experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is definitely one of the most anticipated editions to date, and the countdown is on. Phase 3<\/strong> tickets<\/strong><\/a> are already available with camping passes covering the full weekend. So reserve your spot, the lakeside awaits.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
