From October 28th to 31st<\/strong>, BIME Bilbao Festival<\/a><\/strong> returns this 2025 for its 13th edition<\/strong> as the essential meeting point where music and culture converge. Launched in Bilbao in 2013<\/strong>, BIME has become that crucial international forum, further cemented by its expansion to Bogot\u00e1, Colombia, since 2022<\/strong>, where it now holds an annual edition to strengthen the artistic bridge between Europe and Latin America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After its recent collaboration with the San Sebasti\u00e1n Film Festival<\/a><\/strong>\u2014where BIME curated a series of live showcases exploring the link between sound and cinema\u2014this year\u2019s edition doubles down on its mission to connect creative worlds across these two continents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the most anticipated moments will see Fito Cabrales<\/a><\/strong> take the stage for an open conversation with the public on October 29th<\/strong> at Euskalduna Bilbao. Just days after releasing his new album “El monte de los aullidos”<\/em> (scheduled for October 24, 2025), the iconic Bilba\u00edno will reflect on his artistic journey and his enduring bond with the city that shaped him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alongside Fito\u2019s talk, the event will host global figures like Anele Oyekwere<\/strong><\/a> (Marvel Studios), Rub\u00e9n Blades<\/a>, Mon Laferte<\/a>, Mau y Ricky<\/a>, <\/strong>and Kareen Saur\u00ed<\/a> (Rosal\u00eda, Dua Lipa)<\/strong>, confirming BIME\u2019s place as one of the world\u2019s leading forums for cultural exchange.
