The full experience<\/strong>. That seems to be the goal that A Summer Story<\/strong><\/a> has set for its 2018 edition, which promises to be the best of its short but intense history. This Madrid<\/a> festival was born in summer of 2015 and, since then, it has only grown. And we’ve got reasons to say it. In the three previous years, A Summer Story<\/a> has increased its number of attendees<\/strong> (from 27,000 to 60,000), its number of invited artists<\/strong> (from 62 to 87), its duration<\/strong> (from 24 to 30 hours of music, always divided into two days) and even its number of stages<\/strong> (last year it had 7). We would dare to say that in 2018 it will reach its top, but the truth is that, to this day, it is impossible to glimpse the limit of so much growth. Let’s review the reasons why we don’t intend to miss A Summer Story 2018<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It combines genres fleeing the monotony<\/h4>\n

It is a great point in its favour. There are not many festivals that dare to place Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike<\/a> and Maceo Plex<\/a> on the same roster. Madrid<\/a> has always responded well to this kind of proposals, so A Summer Story<\/a> never hesitated. Three stages will host three different styles<\/strong> during the two days that will last the event. On Friday, the Mainstage is reserved for underground<\/strong> genres with people like Joris Voorn<\/a> b2b K\u00f6lsch<\/a>, Loco Dice<\/a>, Paco Osuna<\/a> or The Martinez Brothers<\/a>. On Saturday, it will be the turn for EDM<\/strong> sounds of Armin van Buuren<\/a>, Axwell<\/a> & Ingrosso<\/a> and the Tomorrowland Belgians mentioned above. Hardstyle<\/strong> and makina<\/strong> will also have a gap in the Burn Stage on Saturday, the stage where on Friday we will dance with progressive house<\/strong> (Fedde Le Grand<\/a>) and trance<\/strong> (Vini Vici<\/a>). The toughest techno<\/strong> will also appear on the second day with Oscar Mulero<\/a>, Rebekah<\/a> and Surgeon<\/a> among others, although on the previous day we will already have vibrated with Amelie Lens<\/a> and Andr\u00e9s Campo<\/a>. In the upcoming weeks, we will analyze the line-up in detail. For now, we leave it here so that nobody thinks we are exaggerating.<\/p>\n

Everybody knows that the Ciudad del Rock<\/strong> is the best possible location for a festival<\/strong> in Spain.
