The annual Amsterdam Dance Event has become a world famous platform for international dance music and electronic music. The world’s greatest Djs, producers and industry experts will be there. So, basically, anyone who’s anyone in the global electronic music scene. ADE 2017 will appeal to aspiring Djs and those who “just want to have a good time” and party.
This year, from the 18th to the 22nd of October, the beautiful city will once again become a huge stage for more than 2500 artists and 450 events, attended by over 350,000 people. Thanks to Audio Obscura, this 5 day event will host an impressive line-up including Adam Beyer, Carl Craig, David Guetta and Fedde Le Grand.
Once again the famous Rijksmuseum’s Bicycle Passage will be completely transformed into a club on the Friday of ADE as the organiser, Audio Obscura, blurs the lines between dance music, history and culture. Here, the notorious Underworld, will give a special performance to an intimate crowd. It will provide true electronic lovers, as well as new audiences, a unique chance to get up close and personal with the legendary electronic band and experience something truly unforgettable.
There’s more. Underworld’s Rick Smith and Karl Hyde will also be presenting a keynote talk at the festival. They will be addressing the power of building partnerships in the aim to produce and deliver large-scale and intimate projects now and in the future.
