For yet another year, Barcelona is preparing to experience the most terrifying night of the year. Halloween always dyes the city dark and black but serves as a reason for the clubbers to fill the clubs, whatever day of the week it is. In 2019, Halloween happens on a Thursday night, so it extends the weekend with plenty of events. Let’s take a look.
Thursday, October 31st
Jonas Kopp and more @ Astra Space Travel (Secret Location)
One of the first raves of the season is always the one Astra Space Travel organizes for Halloween. On this occasion, the great guest is Jonas Kopp, although there will be many more local artists who will fill the Techno and Electro stages until after noon. The location will be communicated hours before the event.

If Archives is one of the big Thursday dates, it wasn’t going to miss Halloween night. For the occasion, Casa Gracia’s basement will host an important list of top-secret guests. The best house and fresh sounds full of groove will set the tone for the night.

INPUT’s imperial Funktion One sound system will be delivered on Halloween night to the collaboration of the labels run by two of its residents. On the one hand, Yakazi, commanded by Hitch; on the other, Unmuted, led by The Deals.

Razzlloween by El Dirty & Mandanga @ Razzmatazz
If you prefer urban or Latin music, one of the best offers is the one offered by Razzmatazz. Its proposals Mandanga and El Dirty, which are common during weekdays for university students in Barcelona, join forces on Halloween night to make the most of the passion for the well-known “perreo”.

A veteran of the genre and infallible always in the selection and in the mix.

Pacha-chá Halloween Edition @ Pacha Barcelona
Another good option for fans of Latin and urban rhythms, like reggaeton or trap, is Pacha-chá, a regular Thursday date that, for Halloween, is tinged with darkness programming most of its resident DJs.

Nick Höppner is a regular at Panorama Bar, the top room of the mythical Berghain focused on the most colourful sounds of house music. There is little we can explain about Joseph Capriati that our community doesn’t already know. Donations is a 12-hour charity party that aims to raise funds for homeless people and, on this occasion, also to fight deforestation that is suffering the world. The line-up is kept secret, but the techno sound usually dominates. The location, The Garage of The Bass Valley, presents a sound system that is unique in Spain and a leading one throughout Europe.
