In September 2017, a small town in the north coast of Catalonia witnessed the birth of FORT Festival, an event dedicated to electronic music in an idyllic spot. For three days, clubbers from all over Spain and the south of France joined forces in the breath taking town of Tossa de Mar, inside of an old medieval castle with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. There, thousands of music devotees gathered in the fortress to catch some of the best DJs and live acts on the international scene. Adam Beyer, Charlotte de Witte, Âme, Mano Le Tough, KiNK, Dj Koze, Apollonia, Coyu, Giorgia Angiuli and Jan Blomqvist are some of the stars that passed through the Church Stage and the Far Stage.

In 2018, FORT Festival will be held on October 5th, 6th and 7th, almost one month later than its first edition in 2017. We have spoken with Gerard Bauza, director of the festival, who likes the new dates: “Last year, the weather wasn’t good and we spent three days looking at the sky and being alert to the minute by minute forecasts. Now, for several reasons, the festival has moved to October, month in which, statistically, it rains much less than in September. We are quite happy and we believe that Tossa de Mar will once again be the ideal meeting place for every electronic music lover. ”

Stay alert to our website during next week, because on Monday, March 19, the first tickets for FORT Festival 2018 will go on sale here. The final structure of this second edition of FORT and the different packs available will be revealed.
