Just two months to go until the second edition of the boutique festival!
At its own speed, the island of Mallorca is starting to gain ground as an electronic destination in Spain with innovative concepts such as MEF Fest Mallorca. The boutique festival will hold its second anniversary on 23 September at the Centro de Actividades Culturales La Roca in Muro.
In 2022, its founders Maruxa Ceballos, Dani Casarano, Nacho Abascal and Erlin James launched this project, now on its way to becoming one of the Mallorcan hotspots. The main goal since its debut has been to promote electronic culture on the island and attract both local and international audiences.
And it seems that this year they will definitely achieve it with the 22 artists who will be playing in their two booths, one outdoor and one indoor. Headliners will include names such as Abscal, Avo, Blanco, Vera and Giammarco Orsini, with the main musical direction of the festival featuring a hybrid of techno and house, although you never know! If you are part of MEF 2023 you might be surprised.
Beyond the dancing, the festival will offer a variety of experiences ranging from a vintage clothing market, to artistic performances, visual experiences, and a gastronomic menu based on local products. All of this, thanks to the union of the national and the European with partners such as Distrikt Paris, Veniceberg, Vertical Unit and Mad Radio.
