Ibiza Openings 2024 – The Guide

Colorful sunsets, endless hours of dancing, and the world’s most exclusive line-ups are making a comeback. Ibiza is gearing up for a new wave of openings, promising to break records set in previous seasons, if that’s even possible. The White Isle is just a few months away from once again becoming the summer paradise for clubbing, and the big promoters have already started revealing the first details of what’s to come.

Will we see the return of established names? Will there be room for the underground scene? Which genres will dominate after the Afrohouse boom? This guide will be updated with more dates and line-ups as they are confirmed in the coming months. Xceed shows you everything you need to know about the Ibiza Openings 2024!

Pacha Ibiza

After a top-tier 50th anniversary, Pacha Group has been one of the first to kick off the season with their announcements. The big opening night is set for Friday, April 26th.

As it could not be otherwise, Marco Carola will headline both nights after a summer of success with his ‘Music On’ residency. Joining the legend on the decks will be others like Ale de Tuglie b2b Calvin Clarke, setting the stage for an exciting night blending techno, house, and tech-house.

Destino Pacha Ibiza

With hardly any time to catch your breath, Destino Pacha Ibiza takes the spotlight on April 28th. The open-air cherry venue continues to embrace the versatile sounds of Marco Carola, this time accompanied by English talent PAWSA. His inventive tech-house will merge with Da Vid‘s skill, another frequent figure on the Ibiza scene.

Amnesia (Pyramid)

With a diverse line-up, Pyramid at Amnesia has also revealed the first acts for its April 26th opening. This event will feature renowned artists like Belgian sensation Amelie Lens, psytechno expert Indira Paganotto, and vinyl selector Héctor Oaks. For those who prefer a more house-oriented vibe, East End Dubs and Sweely will also be behind the decks.

Hï Ibiza

The Night League‘s club duo have been a mecca for the island’s best residencies for years. , like Ushuaïa Ibiza, set a precedent last year with its mega opening ‘The Signal’, and for this year, we already know that the sacred date will be 27th April at both venues. Headliners such as Adam Beyer, Honey Dijon, Loco Dice, DJ Tennis , Carlita, TSHA, MYD, Chris Stussy and many more will be present.

Ushuaïa Ibiza

Another long awaited opening is happening at Ushuaïa Ibiza. The legendary Platja d’en Bossa club is welcoming a wave of melodic techno maestros, including exclusive sets such as ANYMA pres. GENESYS and joined by Kevin de Vries b2b Chris Avantgarde, Maceo Plex, Stephan Bodzin and more.

On the other hand, the club is warming up for another record-breaking season with a roster of top-notch residencies. On Mondays, David Guetta returns with F*** Me I’m Famous, giving way to Defected, the big new addition this year with a residency on Tuesdays. Mainstream lovers are also celebrating with the return of Dimitri Vegas & Like Mikeand Martin Garrix on Wednesdays and Thursdays, respectively.

On the weekends, two essential acts who took last year by storm are Calvin Harris and ANTS. To round off each week, Ushuaïa is backing trance master Armin van Buuren, although the door has been left open for what appears to be the long-awaited arrival of Swedish House Mafia on Sundays from 21 July to 25 August.

DC-10

The formula for success of Ibiza’s most acclaimed clown returns home. DC-10 will once again be the headquarters of Circoloco, with a start date of April 29th until October 14th. Almost half a year of groove!

Eden Ibiza

A bit further north, San Antonio’s iconic venue is back in full swing this season. Eden will host residencies like One More Time, with their opening on May 9th, bringing ’90s house and trance vibes to Ibiza.

Another highlight is ABODE, starting on May 26th with a Sunday focus on English tech house, featuring artists like GW Harrison and Will Wiley. And, of course, hard techno enthusiasts will have their fix at Eden with Outset, the label and agency Reboot’s party, kicking off on June 4th.

In tune with the latest trends, drum and bass will also make an appearance through WAH (Worried About Henry), with their opening scheduled for June 17th. A lot of variety this season at Eden!

Beachouse

The iconic Beachouse is kicking off the celebrations of its 10th anniversary with an electrifying Opening Party on Friday 26 April. On the decks, influential Spanish DJ-producer Pablo Fierro make his Beachouse debut, hitting the decks for an unmissable season starter. Joined by electronic trio Arkadyan, this unforgettable evening promises to set the stage for a summer of celebration. From 27 – 30 June, the official birthday bash begins: prepare for three days of out-and-out extravagance at the headline Midsummer Event as an eclectic blend of diverse talent and handpicked quality musicians that bring Balearic soul to life.

Ibiza Rocks

With a schedule that makes the most of every hour of the day, Ibiza Rocks returns with some of the most well-known in the mainstream scene. Their official opening is on May 4th, but they have many more dates marked with artists like Craig David on May 21st, Ben Nicky on May 22nd, Ben Hemsley on June 16th, and Joel Corryon July 3rd.

O’ Beach

Grab your swimsuit and your most colorful sunglasses because you’ll need them for O’ Beach’s new season. After a ‘soft opening’ on April 26th, the complex will celebrate its Grand Opening Party on May 3rd to kick off the summer. It promises to be a unique edition to date, with new themes and characters.

What about Privilege?

One of the most hyped pieces of news regarding the Ibiza 2024 opening season was the return of the legendary Privilege. After undergoing renovations, the venue considered one of the world’s largest nightclubs seems to be keeping its doors closed until at least 2025. Privilege Ibiza 2024 remains a dream for now.
