The smell of gunpowder in the air and the constant hum of the city can only mean one thing: Fallas is back. But while the monuments burn outside on the streets, you’ll find the real heat inside Valencia‘s booths. It might be at the city’s industrial cave or at a sunset session by the sea, but the 2026 Fallas week won’t bail on a marathon for the dedicated. Whether you’re looking for the likes of Romanian minimalism or the deliverance of the man Papa Sven, we’ve mapped out the essential stops for your week.
13th March – Spook pres. Andrés Campo, Ikari & more
We start the week stronger than ever at Spook, a venue that carries Valencia’s clubbing history etched into its walls. With Andrés Campo taking the big reins balancing raw techno power with those peak-time hooks that keep a floor unified, Ikari joins under the Impuls x Praxis banner alongside the usual locals and more. This is the Friday night choice for those who want theirFallas to start with a good dose of energy.
14th March – theBasement pres. Sven Väth
There are DJs, and then there is Sven Väth. The “Papa” returns to Valencia for a special session at Marina Beach curated by theBasement crew. Consider your attendance, as this is a rare opportunity to catch said master of his craft in a cool seaside setting. The evening starts with the groovy selections of Boranimals and Nacho Marco, with the energy building toward Väth’s 20:30 headline slot and more to follow. Get your feet ready for some acid-house stepping and minimal techno fuels.
18th March – Fayer pres. Joris Voorn, Edu Imbernon
As Fallas reaches its fever pitch, Edu Imbernon brings his signature Fayer brand back to the shore for a humble showcase of melodic sophistication on the 18th March. Joris Voorn joins the bill, bringing his fervent mixing and emotive soundscapes, feeding in perfectly with the breezy Marina Beach mood. Supported by Clemente, Mike Gannu, and Millan, this is the go-to for melodic techno connoisseurs.
18th March – theBasement pres. Elenco House Vol.XVII
If your soul belongs to the groove, theBasement is hosting a takeover at Palau Alameda that serves as a love letter to house music on the 18th March. Split between La Sala and Azza, you can get tickets for either or both parties – we obviously recommend you get the two. Cristian Merino will be leading the roster from one side with Whatever Charles, Mirna Khalout and many more. It’s a multi-room affair that moves from classic house textures to modern electronic soul, so this spot is a play if you want to escape the industrial noise of the city and find refuge in a bouncy floor.
18th March – La Rítmica Club pres. Ignez & Andrei Ciubuc
For the heads who prefer the subtle and the minimal, La Rítmica Club is offering a double-headed resuscitation. In one room, Andrei Ciubuc represents the intricate, rolling minimalism of the Romanian scene. In the other, the Dutch selector Ignez provides a more driving, hypnotic European perspective. It’s a contrast of styles that you’ll come to appreciate on the floor. With support from Aaron Gehrig and Gorka, join this 13-hour session designed for the doctrinaires.
21st March – Fiesto pres. SPFDJ, Toccororo
Monuments have been burnt, but Spook’s floors are squeaky clean and ready to welcome the relentless dancers for an official Fallas closing. The legendary venue has assembled a lineup built for the modern underground on the 21st March. Led by SPFDJ, the undisputed lead of mayhem, branding her high-paced techno on the booth and joined by Toccororo, the Spanish-Cuban icon bridging hardcore club energy with Latin heat. If anything is going to be burning down in ashes in Valencia that week, it’s going to be Spook’s amps.
