Something I never thought I’d say, but there is a specific kind of gravity that comes with dancing in a hole in the ground. We’ve all done the basements, the warehouses, the beach clubs, and the repurposed hangars, and they all hit their mark. But a sandy quarry on the coast of Italy hits a different nail on the head entirely. In the Valle d’Itria, just a stone’s throw from Fasano, that gravity in 2026 has a name: Badawï.
As they pull the curtain back on the Season V roadmap, it’s clear the electronic dialogue in Italy is still very much obsessed with building the best bills in the scene. Surrounded by limestone, the jagged walls of the quarry act as a natural amphitheater, welcoming dancers into the most unique boogie of the year. From the first kick-drum in July to the final closing sunrise in late August, expect a curated array of both local and international artists to make the pilgrimage.

The journey glides through the peak of the Italian summer with the following dates:
Sat 18th July – Opening Party
Sat 25th July – Week 02
Fri 31st July – Week 03
Sat 8th August – Week 04
Fri 14th August – Week 05
Sat 22nd August – Season V Closing ceremony
Five years in, the mission hasn’t drifted; Badawï 2026 is still about that intersection of nature and a sound system that understands the space it inhabits. For those who appreciate the tidal quality in house and techno as well as the beautiful presence of cliffside sunsets, these six dates are the only summer guide that you’re gonna want to keep hold of. The quarry is waiting, and after half a decade, the stone is just starting to get warm.
